  1. Stand tall, feet grounded, eyes closed

  2. Inhale, notice your feet.

  3. Exhale, soften your shoulders.

  4. Inhale, notice your heart space.

  5. Exhale, relax your jaw.

Repeat for 3 full cycles. It grounds your body and calms your nervous system.
