How to do it:

  1. Sit down. Place your right hand on your chest, left hand on your belly.

  2. Inhale deeply for 4 seconds. Feel your belly rise.

  3. Exhale slowly for 6 seconds. Drop your shoulders.

  4. With each exhale, silently repeat:

“I am safe. I am centered. I am enough.”

Do this for 2 minutes between meetings, while waiting in line, or before sleep.
